Personal shoppers please use the shopping cart to complete your order.

Schools, libraries and other public institutions wishing to order merchandise with a purchase order, please contact your state branch office and request their order form.

All prices on this website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD $).

Delivery Times

Wherever possible, your order will be dispatched within 3 days. Shipping times specified are from the time of dispatch only, not from the day the order was placed.

Standard Australia Post shipping times: 5 - 10 business days for metropolitan areas and additional time for regional.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 within Australia. An Express Shipping option of $15 is also available.

Please note that our flat/rolled posters incur an additional charge of $1 per poster to help cover the cost of packaging them in a cardboard tube.

Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with everything you purchase from our eStore. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us or phone 1300 365 922.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Children's Book Council of Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
