Shipping Information
We DO NOT accept purchase orders. However payments via direct debit are permitted, and a reference purchase number can be edited onto a customer order AFTER it has been placed.
Payment options are available from with the checkout and include VISA, Mastercard, PAYPAL, and Direct Debit payment against an invoice. Select your preferred payment method as you checkout and an invoice will be emailed once the order is confirmed.
Please remember that items are only shipped on payment.
Remember to take that into consideration when selecting to pay by invoice within the checkout, as ordered products are only held for a 2-week period to allow for direct debit payments to be received. After that the products are returned to the shelf for other customers. Prompt payment of invoices is recommended.
Made-to-order products need a minimum 2 week to produce, after payment is received, not from order lodgement date.
